The price you see is what you pay and not a penny more.
In some cases you may be contacted by DHL for a tax/duty payment. If you do, please pass it to us as we cover that.
If you do not want to keep your bag for any reason, let us know and we will arrange collection at our cost and issue a refund on it's safe return to us.
Please Make sure it is still in new / unused condition.
Let us know within 3 days if you wish to return it
Delivery is by express tracked courrier. Usually DHL and is sent directly from our workshop in India. You will receive the tracking number once it has left. Allow approximately 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. Although we have had times when it has taken longer.
If you need your order for a certain date such as a birthday gift or holiday, please send us an email so that we can advise and work to these dates where possible.
Very rarely your local customs may impose import duty, if this occurs please let us know and we will cover it for you.
Once your bag leaves the workshop it is taken through a remote area of India before it gets to the airport. This part of the journey cannot be tracked in real time. You will receive your tracking when your bag arrives at the airport. This is the final stage of delivery and at that time your bag is almost with you.
Cancellation is no problem once you have paid for your order. If it has not yet been dispatched we will cancel and refund for you.
If your order has been dispatched then we will need to wait for it to arrive with you. You can then return it for a full refund although you will be responsible for the cost of return to UK.
